The following watercolor is based on a vacation pic that I took 10 years ago. Due to a workshop, I traveled to Conacry, Guinea, and was able to spend some much needed vacation on an island across from the capital. I was the last guest before the end of the season. I had a straw covered hut directly at the beach with just a few steps to the water. The coast was fairly stony and sometimes the surf was very strong but I loved the waves. All in all just beautiful!
