You might not be able to discern right away the content of today’s painting. Or you might think this can’t be true. Well, this was exactly my reaction, when I first saw a picture of the Zhangye Danxia mountains in China. I was sure that they were photoshopped. However, a Google image search with this topic revealed that they do exist – the colorful mountains in China that look like they have been photoshopped. So, this is what I painted today for the challenge but I realized soon, that I can’t do them justice in a painting. They look like a painting even in a photograph. In any case, I had fun and I hope you do, too, looking at such an amazing feat of nature.
